Returns and Refunds Policy
All requests for refunds and returns/exchanges must be emailed to customercare@thekiosk.co.za Please add your order number and contact details to the email, as well as your reason for the return or refund request.
For all accepted returns, you will be required to box or wrap the item, ready for the courier, which we will send – at no cost to you. No Returns are accepted after 183 days (i.e. 6 months) from the purchase date.
Returns for the Reason; “Ive changed my mind”, products can only be returned within the first 7 days after purchase at no cost. You can choose if you desire credit on your account or a refund. If you desire a refund; please specify this in your email – refunds are processed within 5 days after we receive the returned product.
For products with defects or faults found after the 1 month period (as mentioned above), and within 6 months (ie 183 days) from the purchase date; You will be required to send an email describing the problem with the item, if we find that the problem is of reason to warrant fixing or replacing (i.e. item has not been abused or used for any other purpose than its intended use or has water damage) then the item will either be fixed or replaced at no cost. If you desire a refund; please specify this in your email – refunds are processed within 5 days after we receive the defected product.
Customers can either Mail the defective item back to us (Please email us for the address), or we can send you location of the Courier service we use where to drop off the product or we will collect the product from you and send you a new one. You can let us know by email what your preferred method will be. You will also need to attach a label to the returned goods, we will email you the label that needs to be downloaded and printed.
