How do I cancel an order

To cancel a order you would need to email the purchase details to us, including your name, the order number, the item/s you would like to cancel and your preferred method of refund. Please send this to customercare@thekiosk.co.za

Track my Order

Tracking an order it easy. When you place an order we will send you a message with the tracking details for The Courier Guy courier service. You can then go the The Courier Guy website and track the order.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 days after we receive the return-approved product. To know if your product is eligible for a return, please see the details on Returns Policy.
